Terms and Conditions.
1. On confirmation of your reservation by email from Kubu Villas, guests are requested to make a minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental cost, payable by telegraphic bank transfer
2. Full Balance less deposit payable no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date
3. All accomodation costs to be paid in advance by bank telegraphic transfer
4. Sundries and Food & Beverage costs to be settled upon departure

Cancellation.
Should guests need to cancel their stay, please note the following:

1. Full deposit refund for cancellations 60 days prior to arrival
2. 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit held
3. 14 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of deposit held
